Our Program Options
Our toddler, preschool and kindergarten rooms are open 7:30 am – 5:30 pm. Kindergarten families may opt for a 9 am – 3 pm day.
Toddlers (18 months–3 years old) 2, 3, or 5 days
Toddlers are busy people in the midst of intense social, language, cognitive and motor skills development that requires consistent nurturing from attentive and knowledgeable caregivers. Our toddler rooms maintain a NAEYC-accredited ratio of 1:4.5 children, one of the lowest in Maine.
Preschoolers (3-5 years old) 2, 3, or 5 days
Well before kindergarten, children are curious about their world and thrive on exposure to a variety of materials, books and ideas. Our teachers work with each child’s temperament and developmental stage as they meet their exciting social and learning challenges.
Kindergarten (almost 5 – 6 years old) 5 days
Thanks to our kindergarten’s small class size of 14 children and 2 teachers and our ability to take children regardless of birthdate, we can attend to each child’s temperament, developmental needs and school readiness. Our well-rounded curriculum emphasizes social and emotional growth, language acquisition and emerging literacy skills as well as observational skills, problem solving, and hands-on scientific and mathematical exploration.
